1 in 4 people will suffer from mental health issues at some point in their life. If you feel someone you know needs mental health support please signpost them to the organisations below that provide a range of support and services.

We've created a number of free handouts to be taken into schools and youth groups. They include details of some of the signs and symptoms of mental health issues and offer some techniques to cope with them. These flyers are targeted at teenagers, and will be especially useful for youth groups.
